About the Role

We're looking for dynamic, customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our Coimbatore team — we're hiring across levels, from freshers to mid-level and experienced sales professionals. You'll interact with clients, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships that convert into sales. Since our customers are based in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, this role requires working the night shift from our Coimbatore office. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and existing clients through calls, meetings, and emails
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
• Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Must be comfortable working night shifts and working from our Coimbatore office

Preferred Skills
