Real Estate Broker

As a Realtor / Property Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable residential and commercial property options. You will be responsible for generating and managing leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, building long-term relationships, and guiding clients throughout the property transaction process.

The role is ideal for professionals with strong sales, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills who are comfortable working in a full-time, office-based, commission-only environment.

• Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial properties
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful transactions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct local real estate market research and stay updated on property trends
• Negotiate with clients and assist throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain accurate client and lead records using CRM tools
• Handle premium clientele, including NRIs, with professionalism and strong communication skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
• Two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory
• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to work full-time and office-based
• Comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure with no fixed salary
• Ability to manage personal expenses during the initial months without a fixed salary
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based earnings
• Good communication skills in English and/or local languages preferred
