Senior Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to lead performance marketing initiatives for multiple D2C and e-commerce brands.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, experienced in managing significant ad budgets, and capable of developing strategies that drive revenue, ROAS, lead quality, and overall business growth. This is a specialized performance marketing role and requires strong expertise in paid acquisition rather than a general digital marketing profile.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.


• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.


• Experience working with D2C/e-commerce brands or digital marketing agencies.


• Proven experience managing ₹10 lakhs+ monthly ad budgets.


• Strong understanding of paid acquisition funnels, attribution, and campaign measurement.


• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.


• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and take ownership of performance outcomes.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience. Candidates whose experience is primarily in SEO, organic marketing, or other digital marketing functions will not be considered for this role.
