Project Manager-Qlik

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in delivering Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, and Reporting projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management capabilities along with working knowledge of Qlik Sense/QlikView, enabling them to effectively manage analytics initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive business value through data-driven insights.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery of analytics solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and Qlik developers to ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Qlik Sense/QlikView and Business Intelligence projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and analytics solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising Qlik developers, data engineers, business analysts, and QA resources.
• Drive project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Qlik dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ensure alignment of reporting and analytics initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, resource allocation, and project tracking activities.
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, training, and adoption of analytics solutions.
