Job Description

Namasteyog Technologies Private Limited in Suryalok Colony, Agra, is seeking motivated and enthusiastic female candidates to join our team as Customer Support and Telecalling Executives. This full-time, office-based role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and making outbound calls to engage with potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with good English fluency to kickstart their careers in customer support and sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in identifying and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
  
  

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred
