Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote New Checks' products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about New Checks' offerings.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
• Meet daily and monthly call targets set by New Checks.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Provide feedback to the team about customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of 12th Pass.
• 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service roles, preferably with New Checks.
• Fluent in Hindi with excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
