About The Role

Squadra Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversions and ROAS.
• Assist in budget management and campaign optimization.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
• Support A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences and landing pages.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify performance trends and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with creative and client servicing teams for campaign requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of UTMs, pixels and conversion tracking.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimisation.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, conversion tracking and attribution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
