Job Description

As a Telecaller at Venkata Praneeth Developers, your main job is to call people who might be interested in our real estate projects. You'll talk to them about what we offer, answer their questions, and try to make them interested in what we have to offer.

Responsibilities And Requirements

• Call people who might want to buy property from us and tell them about our projects.
• Listen carefully to what customers want and answer their questions well.
• Keep in touch with people who seem interested and try to turn them into customers.
• We'll set goals for how many calls you should make and how many customers you should get.
• Write down what happened in each call so we can keep track of who we talked to.
• Work well with the sales team to make sure customers have a good experience.
  
  

Requirements

• You should have finished at least 10th standard in school.
• You need to be good at talking to people, in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• It's helpful if you've done this kind of job before, but if not, we'll teach you.
• You should be able to make people feel comfortable and interested in what we offer.
• You need to be good at reaching goals and working towards them.
• Knowing how to use computers and programs like CRM software would be good.
