Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure all items are delivered in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and payments.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
• Keep your delivery bag and t-shirt in good condition.
• Report any delivery issues or customer feedback to management.
• Adhere to Swiggy’s policies and operational procedures.
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Must have a valid bike and driving license.
• Required documents: Aadhar Card, Pan Card, and Bank Passbook.
• Initial payment of Rs. 269 for the delivery bag and t-shirt, payable during the application process.
• Must have completed at least the 10th grade.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a delivery role.
• Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good knowledge of local routes in Patna, Bihar.
