Role Summary:

Responsible for managing facility operations, maintenance, safety, vendor services, and workplace experience to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration or Workplace Services.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools/systems.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
• Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport and building services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations.
• Monitor facility budgets, utility consumption and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate workspace planning, office moves and workplace enhancements.
• Address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity and sustainability initiatives.
