Role: Lead – Supply, RM & FG Distribution Planning

About the company:

At The Whole Truth, our mission is to ‘re-build the world’s trust in its food’. Consumers have lost faith in big food companies that hide behind misleading claims. We exist to change that—with honesty, simplicity, and unmissable storytelling.

We are India’s first (and maybe only) 100% Clean Label food brand. That means we proudly declare every single ingredient on the front of the pack. But that’s not all…We don’t just make products. We build brand love. Loudly, proudly, and consistently—through content, community, and creative campaigns that break clutter. And now, we’re ready to scale that brand love even further—through smart, memorable, and well placed media. That’s where you come in.

Role Overview:

The Lead – Supply, RM & FG Distribution Planning will own the operational execution side of TWT’s supply chain. This role is responsible for converting consensus demand into robust master production schedules, managing raw/packaging material (RM/PM) availability, and ensuring finished goods (FG) inventory is deployed efficiently across TWT's regional fulfillment network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supply Planning & Scheduling: Translate consensus demand plans into a Master Production Schedule (MPS) across internal manufacturing units and co-manufacturers, optimizing plant capacity and batch sizes.

2. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Establish and execute robust MRP logic for Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to ensure 100% material availability for production while minimizing holding costs.

3. FG Distribution & Node Replenishment: Oversee network-wide finished goods inventory deployment across Central DCs, Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs), and Quick Commerce hubs to maintain optimal On-Time In-Full (OTIF) service levels.

4. Inventory Health & Working Capital: Own overall inventory health targets, managing safety stock norms, reorder points (ROP), shelf-life compliance, and minimizing slow-moving/obsolete inventory (SLOB).

5. Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Copackers to resolve line-stoppage risks, short-term production constraints, and inbound logistics

bottlenecks.

6. Performance Analytics: Monitor and drive KPIs including Schedule Adherence, Production OTIF,

RM/PM Days of Cover (DOC), FG Days of Inventory (DOI), and Network Stockout Rates.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Deep operational expertise in manufacturing supply planning, MRP frameworks, production

scheduling, and multi-node distribution logistics.

2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

3. 4–7 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, material management, or network

replenishment in FMCG or food/beverage manufacturing.

4. High analytical acumen with strong data-driven decision-making abilities to handle multi-category, multi-location supply constraints.

5. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems advanced Excel for capacity modeling and inventory balance sheets.

The Edge:

• Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for supply chain optimization, network modeling, or inventory optimization logic.

• Hands-on experience scaling factory production schedules, contract manufacturing networks, or

implementing automated inventory replenishment algorithms in a multi-channel setup.
