• Handle packages with care, ensuring they remain in good condition during transit and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any concerns or queries.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle to ensure smooth operations and enhance efficiency.
• Follow all safety and traffic regulations while performing deliveries, adhering to best practices outlined by Meesho.
• Report any issues related to deliveries or customer complaints to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
• Collect and return any necessary documents or payments related to the delivery process.
• Assist with route optimization by following best practices for efficient delivery as guided by Meesho.

• Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation (bike/scooter) are required.
• Basic knowledge of the local area and the ability to navigate efficiently in New Delhi.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Ability to handle packages of varying sizes and weights with care and attention.
• Good time management skills and the ability to meet delivery deadlines consistently.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Basic literacy skills to read and understand delivery instructions and documentation.
