Detailed Job Description – Sr. Site Engineer

Laxmi Developers is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer to join our team on-site in Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate/construction projects, excellent site management skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of construction.
• Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, finishing, and other site-related works.
• Track project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedules and deadlines.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, work progress updates, and other documentation.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
• Coordinate with management and provide regular updates regarding project progress, challenges, and requirements.
• Inspect completed work and ensure corrections are carried out wherever required.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site execution, and quality control.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage site activities and handle multiple responsibilities.
