Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address and resolve customer queries, contributing to the high standards of service at Tech Mahindra.
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in Tech Mahindra's CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer support.
• Collaborate with team members and management to enhance the quality of service and address complex issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product knowledge and service protocols at Tech Mahindra.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, including handling high call volumes and meeting performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field is required for the International Voice Process role at Tech Mahindra.
• 0 - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field, with strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, with clear and effective communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
