Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Baner, Pune

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 2–3 Years

EOV is looking for a highly driven and target-oriented Business Development Executive to drive outbound business development by identifying and engaging enterprise technology decision-makers interested in AI-native product engineering and AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build ICP-based prospect databases using web research, LinkedIn, social media, and other sources.
• Identify and engage CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and VP Engineering.
• Conduct 30–40 cold calls per day to targeted prospects.
• Build meaningful prospect relationships through LinkedIn, email, and follow-ups.
• Identify companies exploring AI-native product engineering, Agentic AI, and AI transformation.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for EOV's leadership team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in CRM.
  
  

Key Performance Expectations

• 20+ qualified meetings per month
• 10+ qualified meetings in Month 1
• Minimum 80% achievement of the monthly meeting KPI
• KPI expectations apply from the date of joining.
• Consistent failure to meet the minimum KPI may lead to a performance review and replacement, subject to company policy.
