Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Specialist to manage and support key finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Accounting, GST, TDS, Financial Reporting, MIS, Book Closure, Compliance, and Audit Coordination. This role requires a proactive professional who can work independently and take ownership of finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Handle monthly and annual book closure activities.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports, and management reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors.
• Perform GL review, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Support cash flow planning and fund management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
