Copilot Developer with Power Platform

Experience Range : 4 years to 14 years

Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer with experience in building AI agents, chatbots, and automation solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Azure AI services.

AI Agent & Chatbot Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build conversational experiences including:
• Topics, intents, triggers, and multi-turn dialogue flows
• Create reusable components, templates, and skills for faster delivery
• Implement prompt engineering and instruction design for accurate responses
  

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents (must-have)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Conversational AI & chatbot development
• Prompt engineering & agent instruction design
• Experience with:
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• API integrations and connectors
• Basic familiarity with:
• Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
• RAG-based solutions and knowledge grounding
