Management Trainee – US Recruitment (Fresher Hiring)

Key Responsibilities
● Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn,
networking platforms, and referrals; conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications,
communication skills, and role fit.
● Coordination & Operations: Schedule interviews, align schedules between candidates
and US clients, and manage ongoing recruitment delivery.
● Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate trackers, update ATS/recruitment
databases, and record key candidate interaction details.
● Industry Learning: Master US recruitment regulations, market trends, compliance, and
time-zone-specific hiring strategies under senior mentorship.
● Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador by delivering professional, clear, and
engaging communication to US candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or any discipline.
● Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
● Availability: 100% comfortable working fixed night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:30 AM IST) on-site
from our Bengaluru office.
● Mindset: Eager to learn, confident, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a target-driven
recruitment environment.
● Tech Aptitude: Familiarity with social media, job boards, and LinkedIn (Prior recruitment
experience is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
