  • 5-8 years of overall IT experience with minimum3-5 yearsin ServiceNow development and integrations
  • Proven hands-on experience withServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server
  • Strong experience with at least3-4 enterprise system integrations(SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Azure AD, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience withITSM module integrations(Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog)
  • Demonstrated expertise inscripting and automationwithin ServiceNow platform

  • REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Scripted REST APIs
  • Integration Hub (Spokes, Actions, Flows)
  • MID Server installation, configuration, and management
  • Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources
  • Outbound REST/SOAP Messages
  • Event Management and Alert Management
  • OAuth 2.0, JWT, Basic Auth, API Key authentication
  • Connection Aliases and Credential Management

ServiceNow Platform

  • Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
  • Flow Designer and Workflow Engine
  • Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, GlideUser)
  • Update Sets and deployment management
  • ATF (Automated Test Framework)
  • Service Portal and UI Builder (basic)
