Senior Fashion Consultant

• Drive individual and store sales through strong customer engagement.
• Provide personalised jewellery styling and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store and operational objectives.
• Drive sales growth by improving customer engagement, conversion, repeat business, and average bill value.
• Experience in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail.

Store Manager / Sr Store Manager

• Own the overall sales and operational performance of the store.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team to achieve business targets.
• Drive customer experience, team productivity and store profitability.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, VM, compliance and operational processes.
• Experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail.
