Officer - Quality Control

Job Description

• To operate, maintain and timely calibration of QC instruments like balance, pH meter, HPHV Autoclave, Vertical Autoclave, colony counter, BOD Incubator, Micro pipette and LAF etc used in microbiology department.
• Preparation of culture media, Media pH, GPT and MLT
• Microbial limit test of water, raw material, packing material, finished product, swab samples.
• Environment monitoring and drain point monitoring and its documentation. Culture maintenance, Biochemical testing.
• Sterilization and decontamination of accessories, media using autoclave and ensure proper function of the autoclave along with documentation of the activity.

Education :- B.Pharm/ MSC/ M. Pharm

Experience :- 2 to 4 yrs.
