E-Commerce Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern who is passionate about E-commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, and AI-powered customer experience. In this role, you will primarily work on monitoring and improving how our AI assistant communicates with customers. You will review customer conversations, identify gaps or incorrect responses, and help train the AI based on our brand guidelines, FAQs, policies, and SOPs. You will also get hands-on exposure to CRM campaigns, competitor research, marketing, creatives, website updates, and e-commerce performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Customer Experience

● Monitor AI customer conversations on a daily basis and identify incorrect, incomplete,
or inappropriate responses.
● Review AI conversations to ensure responses are accurate, helpful, and aligned with
brand guidelines.
● Identify recurring customer queries, response gaps, and areas where the AI needs
improvement.
● Assist in training and improving the AI assistant based on brand guidelines, FAQs,
policies, and SOPs.
● Ensure the AI maintains the brand's tone of voice while communicating with
customers.
● Work closely with the CX team to continuously improve AI responses and customer
experience.
● Track common AI errors and maintain basic documentation of improvements and
training requirements.
● Support the E-commerce team with other day-to-day tasks and projects as required.


Requirements

Who We are Looking For

● A student or recent graduate interested in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, CRM, or
AI.
● Comfortable analyzing customer conversations and understanding customer intent.
● Curious about how AI communicates with humans and interested in improving AI
responses.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
● Good research and analytical skills.
● Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and preparing basic reports.
● Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Department: E-commerce

Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 - 15,000
