Magento Developer

We are looking for an experienced Magento Developer with strong expertise in Magento 2 development, customization, and e-commerce application development. The candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, integrating, and maintaining Magento-based e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Magento 2 e-commerce applications and websites.

Customize Magento modules, extensions, themes, and functionalities.

Develop custom Magento extensions and integrate third-party extensions.

Strong understanding of Magento architecture, MVC, EAV, and module development.

Develop and maintain custom APIs and third-party integrations.

Work with REST and GraphQL APIs for system integrations.

Perform Magento version upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production defects.

Optimize website performance, scalability, security, and database queries.

Integrate payment gateways, shipping providers, ERP, CRM, and other external systems.

Work closely with frontend developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Follow coding standards, version control, and best development practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.

Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Magento module and extension development.

Good understanding of REST API / GraphQL.

Experience with Git and deployment processes.

Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Experience with Magento performance tuning and caching.

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.

Experience With Redis, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, And Composer Is Preferred.

Knowledge of Docker/AWS/Cloud environments is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Adobe Commerce certification.

Experience with headless commerce / PWA.

Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems.

Knowledge of Knockout.js, RequireJS, React.js or Vue.js.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
