PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

We are expanding our procurement team to support our GCC operations across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, and India, with a focus on promotional gifts, corporate gifts, uniforms, and related products.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive who can manage product sourcing, supplier coordination, price negotiation, and procurement activities while ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Logistics.
• Proficiency in ERP software and purchasing systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong global sourcing and supplier negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of product research, quotation comparison, and supplier evaluation.
• Ability to identify cost-effective products and alternative sourcing options.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement requirements.
• Experience in international trading, GCC markets, promotional gifts, corporate gifts, or uniforms will be an advantage.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Source products from local and international suppliers.
• Find and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and manufacturers.
• Request and compare quotations, specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible prices and terms.
• Identify alternative products and cost-effective solutions for customer requirements.
• Coordinate purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate procurement records using ERP and other business systems.
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Support procurement activities for GCC markets including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and UAE.
• Ensure products meet required quality, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
