About The Role

Our organisation is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join its architecture team and support design development, architectural documentation, drafting, and visualization activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career architects who are looking to build strong practical exposure in high-rise planning, construction documentation, technical detailing, and multidisciplinary coordination while working closely with experienced architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
• Support design development through sketches, reference studies, 3D models, and graphic presentations.
• Prepare and update working drawings under the supervision of Senior Architects and Project Leads.
• Incorporate drawing mark-ups, revisions, client feedback, and consultant comments accurately.
• Assist with area calculations, schedules, detail sheets, and project documentation.
• Support coordination of architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other consultant drawings.
• Prepare basic 3D views, diagrams, renders, and presentation material for internal and client reviews.
• Assist in developing architectural details and construction documentation.
• Maintain organized project files, drawing records, and revision history.
• Support the team with site-related drawings, clarification sketches, and technical documentation whenever required.
• Work closely with senior team members to understand project requirements, design standards, and construction processes.
  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture is mandatory.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic/project portfolio may be considered.
• Basic understanding of architectural planning, construction drawings, materials, and building systems.
• Interest in high-rise residential and commercial architecture.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and project-management skills.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Working proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Basic knowledge of Revit will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion, or other visualization tools will be preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of architectural drafting and presentation techniques.
