Tasks

• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of stage engineering and audiovisual installations.


• Monitor progress of construction activities, maintaining quality control and reporting any deviations from the project timeline to senior management.


• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.


• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in stage engineering or theater design projects.


• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate on-site teams effectively.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
