Crafto is India’s leading platform for personalized quotes, wishes, and status videos. Our mission is to make emotionally resonant content shareable at scale. Now, we’re building a performance marketing engine fueled by the most viral, relatable video content.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Status Video Curator who can daily source status videos from platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Moj, and others. These videos will be used by our marketing team to run high-performing ad creatives for Crafto.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source great quantity of high-quality short videos daily across categories like devotional, good morning, good night, suvichar.

● Ensure all videos are copyright-safe or minimally branded for ad usage.

● Stay updated on viral trends, hooks, and cultural moments that can be turned into status videos. ● Organize sourced content with clear labeling (category, emotion, source, etc.)

● Collaborate with the marketing team to understand which videos are performing best and refine future sourcing.

What We're Looking For:

● Strong eye for emotionally powerful or viral content.

● Awareness of Indian tier 2,3 audience’s status consumption habbits.

● Good sourcing skills across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Moj, Josh, etc.

● Organized and consistent – can deliver daily without drop in quality
