Strong experience in the BFSI / Financial Services domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership
Experience in process optimization, quality management, and performance management
Strong client/stakeholder management and reporting skills
Good understanding of financial concepts, data analysis, and operational KPIs
Exposure to process improvement / business re-engineering initiatives
Experience in Transition, Analytics, or Quality Assurance is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and process improvement
Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams
Monitor quality, KPIs, SLAs, and overall performance
Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Drive cost optimization and effective resource management
Oversee projects and ensure timely, quality delivery
