To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Engineer, Quality in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Knowledge in Quality Management System, Quality Tools/Terminology.
  • Knowledge in EMS / Manufacturing process
  • Support in supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks.
  • Support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.
  • Follow up with suppliers for root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
  • Provide concise, complete, and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility.
  • Adhere to process and look for possible process improvements.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system.
  • Have basic knowledge on PPAP, ISO/IATF Standards, Drawing reading.
  • Manage and coordinate supplier Material / Non-Material cost recovery for Supplier Quality issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
  • Quality control of work by appropriate reviews
  • Providing data-driven decision support

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Diploma in EEE / ECE / Mech / E&TC.
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in Automotive Industry /EMS / Electronics Products Manufacturing Industry
  • Basic Knowledge in various PCB operations, Lean manufacturing, and ISO standards
  • Knowledge of measurement techniques
  • Planning and prioritizing activities
  • Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook.
  • Flexible to work in any time zone.
  • Good communication, analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Very studious, fast learner and able to adapt to the environment.
  • Should be very sincere, dedicated and good team player.
