Key Responsibilities
- Support employees and managers across daily HR needs, queries, and operational guidance.
- Coordinate key activities across the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and strictly confidential employee records and HR compliance documentation.
- Support talent recruitment pipelines, candidate communications, and company-wide employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and maintaining company HR policies, procedures, and wellness programs.
- Champion our People & Culture values through internal communication and workplace culture initiatives.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities across HR operations to elevate the overall employee experience.
- Partner directly with the core HR team on strategic organizational projects and initiatives.
- Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on human resources experience in a generalist or HR specialist capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication & Discretion: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Core HR Operations: In-depth knowledge of employee lifecycle stages, onboarding/offboarding protocols, and HR administration.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern HRIS/HRMS platforms.
- Work Style: Solution-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to Have: Prior HR experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
