Homeie is building the friend everyone wishes they had while renting.

Finding a home in India is weirdly chaotic. You call five brokers, see ten bad homes, get spammed, negotiate in the dark, chase paperwork, and spend weeks figuring out a market you barely understand.

We think this should feel completely different.

A renter tells Homeie what they want. Homeie understands them, coordinates with the market, finds the right homes, organises visits, learns from their feedback, and eventually helps close the home in one afternoon instead of three weeks.

The first product is a magical renting experience. The larger company is the membership layer around living in a neighbourhood.

In simple terms: we want to make renting more fun, more aspirational, way less miserable, and build a consumer company people genuinely love.

What will you do:

• You’ll be the person who makes the physical part of Homeie feel as good as the software.
• You’ll accompany renters when they visit homes, make sure the day runs smoothly, help them think through what they’re seeing, and make sure nobody has to deal with the usual broker chaos.
• The data you collect during these journeys goes directly into the systems our engineers are building. Over time, it helps Homeie understand homes better, improve matching, identify what information matters before a visit, and eventually allow our models to understand much of a property before a renter ever steps inside it.
• You are effectively our eyes and ears in the physical world while we build the technology that understands it.

Who we're looking for:

• Excellent communication, pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, or similar roles.
• There will be days with a lot of movement, visits can happen on weekends, and things will occasionally go wrong. If that sounds exhausting rather than exciting, this probably isn’t the role.
• If you do this well, there is a very natural path into product, operations, city launches or market intelligence as Homeie grows.
