You'll be the link between our external suppliers and artisan partners, our warehouse and store operations, our shipping partners, and our customer service team — making sure that what gets promised online actually shows up at someone's doorstep, done right.

About the Role

This is an operations role that blends process discipline, hustle, and an obsessive eye for quality.

You'll own end-to-end order fulfillment — whether a package ships from the Zwende warehouse or drop-ships directly from a supplier — chasing suppliers for timelines, checking quality and packaging, and coordinating with shipping partners to resolve issues before they become customer complaints.

You'll also help keep our store display, inventory, and events running smoothly, and make sure packaging material and product samples never run out — for our team or for our supplier partners.

This is a high-ownership, roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who genuinely cannot let a small miss slide.

What You'll Own

Order Fulfillment

• Liaise with the customer service team, external suppliers, and partners to ensure quality and timelines for every order
• Own end-to-end order fulfillment — packages shipped from the Zwende warehouse or drop-shipped from a supplier location — including supplier follow-up, quality checks, packaging, and shipping
• Run daily checks on outgoing packages to ensure they are 100% correctly packed for branding, quality, and safety
• Coordinate with multiple shipping partners for fulfillment, issue management, and escalations
• Manage and track reporting requirements with Delhivery and other shipping partners, and maintain internal MIS

Store Management

• Coordinate with staff to ensure store display, inventory, and upkeep
• Coordinate with staff on event preparations, when applicable
• Inventory Management
• Ensure sufficient product sample inventory is available in-store and for events (when applicable)
• Ensure sufficient packaging material and other fulfillment inventory is available — including to every supplier partner for drop shipments
• Ensure availability of ancillary product material

Team Coordination

• Manage and coordinate with local operations staff

Who You Are

• 0-2 years of experience; e-commerce experience is a plus
• Strong grasp of the English language (spoken and written)
• An eye for quality and detail — minor misses genuinely bother you
• Able to think on your feet and handle moderate ambiguity
• Comfortable multitasking and getting things done without hand-holding
• Able to learn and work with basic web applications and tools
• Comfortable working with checklists and task management tools
• An excellent team player who gets along well with colleagues

Compensation: 3.5 to 4.5 LPA (based on demonstrated skills and experience).
