IT Executive

• Role: System Administrator / IT Executive
• Seniority Level: Mid-level
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• Required Experience: 2-4 years of system administration or IT support experience
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (On-site)

Key Responsibilities -

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex issues across Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Administer, configure, and harden Linux servers; manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity services.
• Deploy and maintain open‑source tools, handle patch management, performance optimization, and follow ITIL change management processes.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and cybersecurity teams; support virtualization, network services, and security compliance.

Required Skills & Technologies -

• Linux Administration (Ubuntu, RHEL)
• Windows & macOS Support
• Active Directory & Azure AD (Hybrid Identity, Group Policies)
• Scripting (Bash / Python)
• ITIL Incident/Problem/Change Management
• Network Fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall basics)
• Microsoft 365 (O365) Administration
