Role Description

Overall engineering execution of different projects of TSL starting from Conceptualisation of facility and its engineering execution airing at first time right dellvery.

Identifying the sustenance schemes along with business unit in operating units of respective area/ dept and their implementation.

Improving, establishing and managing the processes for scope finalization & interface management adhering to interal KPls of E&P.

Identifying & Implementing solutions for sustainability, safety, health & environment (questioning on options- why, what, where), Capabilty Development of engineering team.

To monitor continuously global technology development in respective domain and implement as per project requirement.

Expected To Achieve

Engineering delivery as per target timelines and quality.

Enhancing resource productivity and capability.

Review/ providing technical solutions to resolve issues.

Compliance to all safety, statutory & environmental norms during Engineering Implementing best practices to achieve benchmark KPIs Value engineering- reliability and sustainability.

To have interpersonal and technical skills. Interpersonal skills include communication, decision making, team building and leadership abilities.

Technical skills include overall knowledge of technologies of respective processes in a integrated steel plant and downstream, state of art engineering practices/design systems with hands on experience on various related engineering deliverables.
