Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Corporate Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Identify training and development needs across departments.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and induction sessions.
• Conduct soft skills, communication, behavioral, and process-related training.
• Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand skill gaps and training requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, feedback, and training reports.
• Support employee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
• Stay updated with modern training methodologies and industry practices.
  
  

Key Skills: -

• Good knowledge of learning and training methodologies.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Confident public speaking and classroom management.
  
  

Qualifications: -

• Prior experience in corporate training, preferably in retail/pharma/healthcare, will be preferred.
  
  

Salary: 2.5 lacs to 3 lacs
