The Opportunity

A professional-services firm in the Big-4 mould is building out its India project-delivery centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Project Coordinator into the founding batch. This is an entry-level seat with real client exposure from week one, and freshers and early-career candidates are welcome to apply. A Day in This Role

Tracking & Scheduling

• Maintain project plans, trackers, and task lists across two or three live client engagements
• Schedule meetings, circulate agendas, and keep minutes and action items current
• Chase open items with internal teams so nothing slips past its due date

Coordination & Reporting

• Support project leads with status decks, budget trackers, and client-ready updates
• Flag risks, delays, and scope questions to the project lead early, not after the fact
• Keep engagement documentation organised and audit-ready

What You'll Need

• 1 to 4 years in a coordination, operations, or project-support role; strong freshers with an internship also considered
• Sharp organisation and follow-through, with comfort juggling more than one engagement at a time
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets and a project tool such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana
• Clear written and spoken English, suited to client-facing coordination

Good to Have

• A degree in business, commerce, or a related field
• Exposure to consulting, audit, or another professional-services environment
• An early certification such as CAPM, in progress or completed
