The role focuses on developing AI-powered automation, agent-driven workflows, and enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The candidate will contribute to scalable development, integrations, testing, deployment, and Agile delivery.
Job Description
The role involves designing and implementing Agentforce agents, actions, topics, prompts, instructions, and guardrails to support customer service, sales, and internal operations. The developer will build intelligent automation using Agentforce, Flow, Apex, and Salesforce Platform capabilities while supporting use-case discovery, prototyping, testing, and deployment.
The position also requires strong Salesforce development skills across Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows, along with the ability to build reusable components and maintainable applications. The developer will configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
The candidate will develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware, while supporting Data Cloud and AI-ready customer data initiatives. Responsibilities also include testing, CI/CD support, production troubleshooting, code reviews, technical documentation, and collaboration with Architects, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
