About The Role

The Global Facilities Operations team, part of Enterprise Management Resources, is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environments across eBay’s global footprint. As a Site Facilities Manager, you will lead day-to-day facilities operations at our Bengaluru (ETV) workplace, ensuring a consistent and positive workplace experience. Reporting to the Country Facilities Manager, this role partners closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to maintain service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for employees, ensuring their day-to-day workplace experience is seamless and effective.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Deliver seamless, efficient, and high-quality day-to-day facilities operations for the Bengaluru workplace through strong partnership with the IFM vendor and other service delivery partners
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for employees, responding to requests with a customer-focused and empathetic approach
  • Manage vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and service standards, ensuring consistent delivery across all services
  • Support workplace changes and projects (e.g. moves, adds, changes), ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Maintain accurate operational records, including service tickets, vendors, and assets
  • Find opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance employee experience, while supporting site-level incident response and business continuity readiness


What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities or workplace operations within a complex corporate environment. A relevant bachelor’s degree or professional qualification would be advantageous.
  • Experience leading onsite teams, IFM vendors, and service partners, including service delivery, vendor performance, and SLA/KPI governance
  • Ability to engage with employees in a respectful, empathetic, and supportive manner.
  • Strong employee and customer experience mindset, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace environment
  • Solid financial and commercial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, invoice management, cost control, and identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in the local language is an advantage.
