Sales Operations Senior officer (Salesforce CRM Analytics)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Carry-out regular data monitoring on salesforce to ensure high data quality is maintained on our CRM system
• Develop, Improve and maintain Salesforce Dashboards, including CRM Analytics Dashboards
• Work with the global Sales & RM team to provide assistance in dealing with salesforce support requests
• Undertake detailed testing for all salesforce development being rolled out
• Support in overall Salesforce administration
• Play an important role in the various Commercial Reports that are prepared by Sales Operations from Salesforce data
• Train new users on Salesforce
• Suggest Salesforce improvements and automations to further improve data quality and adoption of CRM;
• Assist in sales data analysis that is done on a regular basis by the Sales Operations team

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
• 5 years’ experience with Salesforce;
• Knowledge and experience within the alternative industry will be seen as an added benefit;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to foster positive interaction with internal parties;
• Sales oriented thought process and skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment;
• Familiarity with MS Office programs;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team;
• Willingness to learn and further develop within sales operations field of expertise.
