Job Summary:

Wissen Technology is hiring a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive strategic hiring initiatives, manage complex technical recruitment, and contribute to employer branding and process optimization.

Experience: 15 to 18 Years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Full Time

Key Responsibilities -

Lead and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business hiring goals.
Manage and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and KPIs.
Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to drive workforce planning and hiring decisions.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruiter productivity.
Manage recruitment vendors, search firms, and external hiring partners.
Drive process improvements, ATS optimization, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and diversity hiring objectives.
Manage recruitment budgets, resource allocation, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

Requirements:

12–15 years of IT recruitment experience with strong critical IT roles.
Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management capabilities
Ability to handle strong critical & niche roles.
Strong capability in identifying and attracting niche and leadership candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Good To Have Skills:

Exposure to recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics.
Familiarity with market mapping and talent intelligence.
Experience in sourcing platforms other than Naukri & LinkedIn
