Role Purpose

Ensure the end-to-end quality of Online Tools, including web platforms, quote engines,

and financial calculators, through comprehensive functional and non-functional testing.

Drive AI-enabled quality engineering practices to improve defect prevention, enhance

test coverage, and accelerate delivery across digital ecosystems.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of testing experience with a strong automation background.
• Experience testing digital platforms, web applications, online financial tools,
  
  

quote engines, and financial calculators.

• Expertise in API automation using Karate and Postman.
• Experience with UI automation tools such as Cypress, TestCafe, and CodeceptJS.
  
  

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/KRAs/KPIs

• Perform end-to-end manual and automated testing across Online Tools.
• Execute functionality, performance, reliability, stability, compatibility, and
  
  

integration testing.

• Conduct testing gap analysis between requirements and solutions.
• Ensure user stories are testable with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Define and enforce quality standards during PI planning and sprint cycles.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution
  
  

evidence.

• Build and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test assets.
• Execute and maintain automated regression suites.
• Implement API and UI automation solutions aligned with engineering standards.
• Validate integrations across internal, external, and legacy systems.
• Validate financial calculations in quote engines and calculators.
• Perform data integrity, reconciliation, and backend data validation testing.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning activities.
• Provide test coverage insights and contribute to delivery predictability.
• Drive proactive defect prevention and quality engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Present testing outcomes and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior testers and support QA capability development.
• Drive continuous QA improvement initiatives and automation strategy.
• Utilize AI-enabled testing capabilities including test generation, data generation,
  
  

risk-based testing, intelligent automation, and predictive quality analytics.

• Ensure responsible AI governance and validation of AI-generated outputs
