IT Manager-Operations( ERP Finsay)

Job Summary

To manage the company's complete IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of ERP, computer systems, network, CCTV and IT support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support ERP Finsys and resolve user queries/issues.
• Manage all office computers, laptops, printers and software.
• Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and networking systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and recording systems.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
• Maintain IT assets, user IDs, access permissions and data backups.
• Coordinate with ERP, CCTV, hardware and other IT vendors.
• Ensure IT security, system availability and minimum downtime.
• Maintain proper records of IT complaints, assets, AMC and services.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate/Diploma/BCA/B.Tech/MCA in IT or Computer Science.
• 5-8 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience in ERP, hardware, networking and CCTV preferred.
