Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts for testing and business processes.
- Create and execute automated test cases for web, API, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Analyze requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Monitor automation execution results and troubleshoot failures.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop reusable components and best practices for automation.
- Generate test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards.
- Support production releases and validate deployments.
- Strong programming/scripting knowledge in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, or Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and Rest Assured.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Relevant certifications in testing, automation, or cloud technologies.
