Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks, managing communication between clients and internal teams, and supporting the successful delivery of software, IT infrastructure, and government projects.

Project Location(s): Ranchi, Jharkhand

• Coordinate and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, management, and technical teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Ensure proper documentation, meeting minutes, and project records are maintained.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, testing teams, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to management when required.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and status reports.
• Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong project planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT projects is an added advantage.
