Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packaging artwork. The candidate should be highly proficient in CorelDRAW and have practical knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging materials, pre-press and print production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, modify and finalize pharmaceutical packaging artwork.
• Handle artwork for cartons, shippers/corrugated boxes, labels, leaflets, shrink sleeves, blister/Alu-Alu, bottles and tubes.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork as per approved specifications.
• Adapt artwork for different products, pack sizes and international markets.
• Incorporate revisions from QA, Regulatory, Production, Marketing and Export teams.
• Ensure accuracy of product information, logos, barcodes, symbols and mandatory details.
• Work with dielines, dimensions, folds, bleed, cutting marks and printing specifications.
• Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors for artwork execution and proof checking.
• Maintain artwork files, versions and records.
  
  

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Pharmaceutical industry experience - Mandatory.
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical packaging artwork - Mandatory.
• CorelDRAW - Excellent proficiency/Mandatory.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, colour separation, bleed, dielines and print specifications.
• Good understanding of pre-press and printing processes.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging materials.

Education

Bachelor's / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Commercial Arts or a related field. Relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of relevant experience.
• Pharmaceutical packaging artwork experience is compulsory.
• Excellent CorelDRAW skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage artwork from revision to final production.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
