Qualifications

• B. Tech/B Sc/ MSc in Agriculture from a recognized university.
  
  

Overall Professional Experience

• Coordination and communication skills to manage stakeholders.
• Basic understanding or background in agricultural techniques is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience (preferably working with local consulting firms).
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Daily management of the trial cultivation field and record field data as instructed by the Japanese team.
• Coordinate and communicate with relevant organizations (e.g., NDDB, Amul Dairy, Banas Dairy, Anand University, etc.).
• Monitor project progress during the periods when the Japanese team is absent.
• Regular meetings with Japanese members.
