Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development

The incumbent will also design, manage, and deliver an innovative and targeted cross-functional learning portfolio across all Enabling Areas & Global businesses.

You are keenly interested in helping professionals develop their capabilities to drive business results. You typically have experience in managing programs and designing learning solutions across various modalities.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Enterprise Solutions Growth and Development team, you will be responsible for…

• Aligning development priorities, required skills, and learning solutions to business goals to support a multi-year development strategy.
• Designing and delivering cross-functional learning solutions using human-centered design principles and appropriate learning modalities across the talent lifecycle.
• Managing end-to-end development programs, including registration, facilitator onboarding, train-the-trainer activities, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.
• Partnering with internal teams, global colleagues, and third-party vendors to execute learning design projects, support localization needs, and deliver programs on schedule.
• Using program data, financial tracking, and operational metrics to measure impact, manage budgets, identify efficiencies, and improve scalability.
  
  

The team

The Enterprise Solutions Growth and Development team in our US India (USI) offices supports capability development, professional networking, and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a holistic learning solution to the business and come across as one.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• 6-8 years of experience in learning and development projects
• Experience designing and delivering learning solutions across multiple learning modalities
• Experience managing end-to-end learning or development programs
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define business requirements and development needs
• Experience managing vendor-supported projects, budgets, timelines, risks, and issues
  
  

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or Business Administration
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Enabling Areas or Global businesses
• Experience using learning technologies to improve learner engagement and application
• Experience creating stakeholder communications, scorecards, or portfolio updates
• Experience facilitating train-the-trainer sessions or facilitator enablement activities
• Experience managing budget variance forecasting and actuals within defined thresholds
