Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Sales Agent Outbound Calling to manage hot enquiries from customers interested in hearing aids. The role involves calling customers, understanding their needs, guiding them to the nearest clinic, and supporting appointment booking and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have enquired about hearing aids
• Understand their needs and explain the next process
• Guide customers to the nearest clinic
• Encourage clinic visits and consultations
• Follow up with interested customers
• Update customer records in the system
• Support lead conversion and clinic walk-ins
  
  

Preferred Education/Experience:

• Experience in outbound calling / telesales / telecalling preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to guide and convince customers over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in healthcare or clinic-related processes is a plus
