Inside Sales Executive - Photography

Location: Khairthabad, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible for high performers)

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to join our onsite team.

You will serve as the primary voice of Lights On Photography, connecting with prospective clients across digital channels, pitching our custom photography packages, and closing incoming inquiries into active bookings.

Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Actively engage inbound leads coming through Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, and direct calls, converting prospects into confirmed bookings.

Consultative Pitching: Understand client vision and event details to pitch appropriate photography services, package options, and brand offerings clearly.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong rapport and long-term brand relationships with potential and existing clients to drive referrals and repeat inquiries.

Multi-Channel Communication: Draft clear, persuasive messaging on WhatsApp/Instagram and conduct structured phone consultations without ambiguity.

Pipeline Management: Utilize basic sales and marketing tools/CRMs to track lead stages, perform timely follow-ups, and organize lead data efficiently.

Requirements

Sales Experience: 1–3 years of inside sales experience, with at least 1 year directly within photography, event management, media, or related client-service industries (Mandatory).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Telugu (spoken and written) to interact seamlessly with our core demographic (Mandatory).

Communication: Exceptional verbal telephonic skills and written communication skills to articulate service packages without miscommunication.

Tool Familiarity: Good understanding of WhatsApp Business, Instagram lead workflows, and standard sales/marketing CRM tools.

Work Preference: Dedicated to full-time, on-site execution at our Khairthabad office.
