Software Engineer

Spectertech Labs is growing, and we’re looking for Software Engineers (0–2 Years) who enjoy solving problems, building meaningful products, and continuously learning.

We’re a technology-first company building scalable software, SaaS products, and AI-powered solutions. You’ll work closely with the team, take ownership, and gain hands-on experience across modern software engineering and AI technologies.

Location: Bengaluru

Qualification: BE / B.Tech

Experience: 0–2 Years

What You’ll Work On

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and features

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Build APIs, integrations, workflows, and scalable SaaS solutions

• Debug issues, troubleshoot systems, and optimize performance

• Contribute to technical discussions, implementation, and problem-solving

• Work across different parts of the stack as required

• Build AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and automation workflows

• Explore and integrate modern AI technologies into products and engineering workflows

AI & Modern Development

• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve development productivity

• Comfortable using AI-assisted workflows for research, development, debugging, testing, and documentation

• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and maintain engineering quality

• Interest in Agentic AI, intelligent agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-powered systems
